• People working on our behalf: We may provide employees, virtual assistants, freelancers and contractors with access to personal data where this is reasonably necessary for them to perform their work for Learn Dutch with Kim. You will be informed where you are interacting with an AI system where required by applicable law.

AI-powered functionality may be provided partly or entirely by third-party service providers. Depending on the service, these providers may process information submitted through the AI feature in accordance with their applicable privacy terms.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential information or unnecessary personal information about yourself or another person into AI-powered learning features.

If you choose to create a separate account or paid subscription directly with an external AI provider, the processing of personal data in connection with that separate account or subscription is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

Use of AI within our business

We may use AI-assisted tools to support activities such as creating and editing educational or visual materials, administrative tasks and other business operations.

We aim to minimise the personal data processed through general-purpose AI tools and, where reasonably possible, use anonymised or non-identifiable information for these purposes.
