Introduction.

Hoi Dutchie to be!

Welcome to the course Dutch for intermediates. This is a continuation of the previous course: Dutch for beginners, which taught you basic grammar and conversation skills.

In this course for intermediates, we're going to look at more complex grammar. We're also going to focus on expanding your vocabulary and improving your reading skills and text comprehension by reading stories and dialogues, answering questions about the content, and learning important words and phrases. I included audio files for all stories and dialogues, so you can also practice your listening skills.

The aim of this course is to get you ERK A2 level. By the end of the course, you will master the essential grammatical building blocks to make perfect sentences. You will understand and participate in conversations about your fields of interest and you will be able to hold conversations you can use in daily life (going to shops, asking for information, making social talk, etc.).

Like in the beginners' course (and the Dutch sentence structure course), each class consists of a video that I upload to YouTube. Here in the online classes, you will get extensive explanations of the theory, and a lot of extra materials such as multiple-choice quizzes, exercises with open questions (including PDFs with the answers), other worksheets, texts, and audio files.

After you've finished all the classes, you will automatically receive a certificate of completion that you can download. Note that this is only a certificate for yourself and not a certificate you can use to apply for higher education or a job. For those purposes, you need to take the NT2 exams. Well, I'm going to leave you to it now! Good luck and enjoy the course!

Veel liefs en succes :)
